Refund policy

If you would like to return your item, you can do so within 14 days of the delivery date.

Please notify us by popping an email to hello@elliemaedesigns.co.uk to let us know what it is you would like to return. 

Please note that return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is incorrect/faulty. Your refund will be processed upon receipt of the return, providing it is in a saleable condition. 

We advise that you use a trackable shipping service when returning any unwanted items to ensure they arrive to us safely and securely as we do not accept any responsibility for lost items.
